Theme: Centering on Christ:
1 Corinthians 1–4
A lot of conferences talk about how pastors can pastor better. While there's certainly a place for that, we'd prefer this conference to relentlessly refocus or re-center our hearts upon Christ himself, our rest (Matt 11:28-30), our entire salvation (1 Cor 1:30-31), and our life (Col 3:4). We hope/pray/desire that our attendees (many of them probably weary from the trenches of pastoral ministry or normal life in this present evil age) will leave feeling their gospel need for God's grace in Christ, and feeling refreshed in him. Not necessarily leaving with a list of "to do's" for shepherding our flocks better (though there's nothing wrong with this), but leaving with a greater love for our first love, the Shepherd and Overseer of our souls (1 Pet 2:25).

Dr. Dunn has been privileged to teach biblical counseling certification classes in Trinidad, St. Lucia, Ukraine, Australia, and virtually in South Africa. All with the goal of equipping pastors and lay people with the tools necessary to counsel from God's Word alone.
Geoff Ingrum
Converted in 2002, Geoff has been richly blessed by the grace of God in Christ over the last two decades. His passion for God’s word and his love for the saints initially compelled him to pursue the pastorate, and these have remained the sustaining graces of his ministry. Geoff received a Master of Arts in counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2009 and was ordained in 2012. He continued his theological education through graduate-level courses at Reformed Baptist Seminary and doctoral-level courses at Midwestern Theological Seminary. Geoff has been married for over 20 years to his high school sweetheart, Raechel, and they have four beautiful children whom the Lord has graciously saved. Not that it matters much, but Geoff enjoys hunting, fishing, and college football. Far more importantly, he loves Jesus and whole-heartedly desires to see people grow in their love for him as well.
